At Powick CE Primary School, we recognise that playtime is just as important as classroom learning in developing children's skills, confidence and wellbeing. Our outdoor environment provides a wide range of opportunities for purposeful play, including a crazy golf course, table tennis table and a mud kitchen, encouraging creativity, teamwork and problem-solving. In addition, our trained Play Leaders organise a variety of sports and games during breaktimes and lunchtimes, helping children to develop communication, leadership, resilience and positive relationships while enjoying being active.
